Phyllando Kelly is a savvy architectural and project management professional who is adept at integrating disparate segments of the construction industry, both locally and internationally, to ensure seamless, timely and safe project completion.
A perceptive communicator, Phyllando smoothly navigates the industry landscape by supervising project sites, managing and coordinating staff input and maintaining strict adherence to regulatory protocols and design specifications.
Prior to co-founding CDSL, Phyllando spent 11 years at the Urban Development Corporation, UDC, Jamaica’s premier Government Development Agency, working in various positions progressively, before reaching the level of Senior Project Manager. In that role, he was responsible for managing projects ranging from constructing single and multifamily residences to preserving some of Jamaica’s iconic historic structures, renovating modern state of the art conference center and various civil infrastructure projects. During his early career, he worked as the Senior Architectural Draftsman and supervising the drafting personnel at Pat Green Architects.
Throughout his more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Phyllando’s dexterity with design, construction methodologies and project management techniques has won him a myriad of commendations. Erudite and devoted to expanding and updating his knowledge-base, Phyllando is in Australia assiduously pursuing a master’s degree in Global Project Management, which will help to usher CDSL to new heights as we make your project a success.
