Scope: Complete Development Solutions Was awarded this contract as part of the Fish Markets upgrading program by Canadian company IICA with a vision of upgrading fish vending facilities across the island to enhance how we prepare (scalling, washing, etc.) and sell fish. CDSL works included but not limited to rehabilitation of the market complex for vendors and customers and also construction of proper sanitary facilities for both vendors and customers.
