Complete Development Solutions Ltd as contracted by urban Development Corporation (UDC) carried out supply and installation lighting works and associated civil engineering works at Sabina Park. CDSL works included but not limited to Erect 4 lighting masts and also all civil engineering works in establishing the structural support for the mask.
