Scope:
The client Paramount Trading Company Ltd. awarded CDSL the contract for the renovation and construction work to an existing warehouse owned by Paramount Trading located at 6 East Bell Road in Kingston. The scope of works included but not limited to Renovation of the interior, the offices and the bathroom of the warehouse, construction works for a bleach processing plant, enclosure walls for processing plant tanks and the reinstatement of factory ceiling exhaust fans and new lights fixtures. Works inside office area included the construction of a kitchen lab, installation of A/C units, painting of office area and installation of doors for offices and passage way to office area.
